**We are looking for an Operation Administrator to support the daily operations of our company.**

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel & Word
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Tun Dr Ismail.
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.

**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Answering phone calls and responding to client requests and inquiries
- Managing and updating company database
- Keep track of inventory and ordering supplies
- Handling maintenance issues
- Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Progressive update of data and maintain proper record of documentation in softcopy & hardcopy
- Other ad-hoc as assigned by superior/management

**Job Types**: New-Grad, Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
