Responsible for provision of administrative services by ensuring due support for operations and procedures are provided, correspondences are delivered, filing systems are maintained, supply requisitions are completed of delivery, and that clerical completed.
- Handle all billing and payment of operation utilities and purchases.
- Communicate with IT department on all technology related operation office equipment matters.
- Manage documentations with vendors, service providers, and customers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Perform tasks and assignments as assigned by Manager.
- Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping and ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma / Degree student in the relevant field of study
- Internship period for 3 months (able to start in August 2023)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good interpersonal skills and meticulous
- Able to work with minimum supervision in a challenging work environment

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
