- Issue Purchase Order (PO) within the Service Level Agreement and tracking for PO acknowledgement.
- Tracking of Acknowledgement of Purchase Order from Suppliers.
- System administrator for Procure to Pay System (Supplier data creation) and conduct system access review.
- Create rapport and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders & external suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors in driving ESG initiatives.
- Conduct due diligent check on vendor periodically.
- Drive process improvement to deliver operational efficiency.
- Contract review & supporting documents checking.
- Develop and analyse monthly statistical report.

- Able to work based on Singapore’s calendar & extra hour. Replacement leave will be given.
