Billing Assistant

**Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and key in daily collection on daily basis and issue official receipts to tenants on weekly basis.
- Prepare proposal for tenants rebate/ waiver of monthly rentals.
- Issue credit note for monthly rebate.
- Generate tenants weekly outstanding aging listing and monitor /update tenants outstanding records.
- Follow up on payment/ top up of deposits to be paid by existing tenants.
- Reconcile tenants accounts as and when required.
- Generate and send monthly statement/ reminders to tenants.
- Prepare weekly report and monthly Division Report.
- Process closing of account and do payment allocation.
- Prepare memo for refund of security, utility & access card deposit.
- Process refund of renovation deposits to tenants.
- Open Account for new tenants to IFCA system.
- Update tenant renewal details / tenants information to IFCA system.
- Generate monthly rental/ utilties ( electricity ) / ICPT / Misc. billings to tenants.
- Issuing of credit notes and debit notes for other charges & rental billing for tenants.
- Key-in and update tenants occupancy listing/ electricity meter reading to Facilities Management for monthly meter reading.
- Generate ad
- hoc billings to tenants as when required.
- Generate monthly interest billing to tenants.
- Update the refund of deposits, allocation & adjustment to tenants for month-end closing in IFCA System.
Others
- Transfer of the Written Off Bad Debts File to Finance Department.
- Perform any other duties or tasks which may be assigned from time to time and in accordance with systems documentation.

- Certificate or Diploma in any field with minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Applicants with relevant experience in property management will be an added advantage
- Willing to learn and possess good working attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Fresh graduate diploma holders are encouraged to apply
- Full-time position is available to be based at Menara Hap Seng, KL
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Thursday : 9 am - 6 pm
Friday : 9 am - 5.30 pm
Saturday (Alternate) : 9am - 12.30 pm
Alternate Saturday : 9 am - 12.30 pm
**Salary**: RM1.00 per month
