**Secretary cum Admin Executive**
- Coordinate with all association members around Malaysia for and on behalf of the Board of Directors.
- Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
- Perform secretarial duties and responsibilities and provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, and any other personnel authorised by the Management.
- Assist the Board of Directors manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
- Draft and dispatch all Board of Directors’ correspondences to related internal and external parties.
- Managing the Board of Directors' schedules and appointments and keep him posted from time to time.
- Assist the Board of Directors in handling all his personal, private and confidential matters.
- Attend meetings with the Board of Directors when required, write notes and follow up on issues for such meetings.
- Follow up and coordinate activities of various departments within the company and update the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
- Assist in internal events/projects as required and associated with performing duties assigned.
- Plan, coordinate and secure the Board of Directors' official travel arrangements.
- Efficiently perform as the focal person/liaison to new business partners and assist with the pre-requirement documentation for new business ventures. Delegating assignments to the appropriate department and / or making referrals to the appropriate associates.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of presentation slides and business proposals.
- Coordinating business development activities (pre & post) on a timely manner.
- Assist in AGM preparation and administration functions.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder or secretarial certification with proven working records of a minimum 8 years.
- IT savvy & Fast learner
- Verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Time management, Strategic planning skills & Resourcefulness
- Details-oriented, Anticipates needs & Organized skills

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
