- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Assist in checking attendance and follow up on the attendance record based on system
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Handle technical issues/problem in their area of expertise
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
- Dealing in office expenses and supplies
- Ad hoc task assigned by management from times to times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
