**Role Description**

This role provides an excellent opportunity for you to get hands-on in the day-to-day operations of a FMCG business. You will assist the team across a range of business functions, with a focus on contributing content ideas to the social media marketing team and scheduling meetings on behalf of team members in the marketing and operations department. You will also participate in virtual and in-person meetings with the Company’s stakeholders in driving our business forward.

**Job Location**: Hybrid (4-day working from home; 1 day working with the team in Petaling Jaya/Kuala Lumpur).

**Work Hours**: Flexible (5-7 hours a day)

**Responsibilities**

**1. Internal and External Communications**
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating logistics for meetings, engagements, and events and any other ad-hoc support, including but not limited to, attending meetings with the team.
- Assisting with communicating directly with other stakeholders in following up on the status of deliverables; preparing correspondences, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; and responding to routine correspondences and inquiries.

**2. Social Media Marketing**
- Assisting the social media marketing team to execute content strategies promptly, including brainstorming content ideas and campaigns and monitoring the performance of online campaigns.
- Assisting the social media marketing team in filming content at various locations, editing videos and preparing scripts.

**3. Operations**
- Assisting with various operational and administrative functions as the Company may require.
- Maintaining files and records belonging to the Company.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Experience in managing online communication channels with a team in executing plans and responsibilities.
- Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders. Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, easily able to change style and tone to suit the audience and channel, and executive presentation development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
- Interpersonal skills: Explain difficult or sensitive information or communications.
- Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of using Google Meet, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
