- Responsibilities:
- Leads the ITIL control processes for Problem, Change, Release, Configuration Management, delivering successful outcomes to achieve corporate and operational objectives and ensuring IT governance and controls are effective
- Responsible for delivering and managing the service delivery improvement plan, managing risks and issues.
- Overall management of end-to-end ITIL Service Management best practice policies, processes, and procedures to enhance the control and maturity of IT Service Delivery.
- Create & manage the service delivery service improvement plan, managing priorities, risks, and issues.
- Periodically reviewing the security related guideline and control to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the information security controls, recommending improvements wherever is necessary.
- Develop comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
- Lead, develops, and maintains the ITSM framework.
- Ensure Requests & Support Tickets are closed in a timely matter and SLA(s) are met- Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of related work experiences in Service management, deployment and support for cyber security solutions.
- Experience in implementation of end-to-end ITIL Service Management framework
- In-depth understanding of Service Design & Transition, Major Incident Management, Problem, Change & Release Management, Disaster Recovery & Continuous Service Improvement Management.
- Analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience.
- Ability to multitasks and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be comfortable working within a fast pace, fast changing environment while driving teams to complete goals
- Have a strong understanding of project & service management delivery methodology, frameworks, and best practice.
- Certification in information security (ITIL, PMP, CISSP) or comparable work experience will be given preference
