**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the overall operations and ensure outlets are running smooth on daily basis
- Ensure the hygiene standards are strictly followed as per F&B departmental manual
- Ensure the service operation procedures are followed at all times
- Ensure that all standards set for food presentation, quality and quantity are met and monitored
- To control wastage and contribute to cost saving measures
- Manage guest queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- Hold daily/weekly meeting with the staffs to review daily operation and to discuss the past performance that can be improved
- Regular training to be conducted for all staffs to improve the service standard
- Set up SOPs for food preparation, café flow and etc
- Follow up and check on the job training
- Responsible for the distribution of the relative instructions and rules to the employees
- Provide support in new franchisee outlet/truck openings
- Responsible for recruitment of the outlet/food truck in the event of manpower needed
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor from related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in F&B industry
- Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Willing to work in the kitchen
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
