**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversea and manage the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring effective collaboration and task management among project coordinators.
- Work closely with teams to define project goals and deliverables and establish project plans and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Analyzing and resolving any matter related to the project to ensure the smooth operation & completion of project.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and clients to allocate resources appropriately.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring effective communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Plan consultation schedule and ensures sufficient allocation of manpower resources.
- Assist in preparation of PowerPoint & other material for consultation presentation
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Foster a positive team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging knowledge related to Food & Beverage industry and project management.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to coordinate, monitor and control the work progress.
- Good command in Mandarin and English.
- Dedicated, committed to produce excellent results & willing to assume leadership roles.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable.
- High mobility and able to travel with own transport.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- F&B Management: 1 year (required)
