**Job Summary**: As a Sales & Marketing Executive in the Recycling & Manufacturing Industries, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building brand awareness for our recycled and manufactured products. You will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets, acquire new customers, and nurture relationships with existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop sales strategies and tactics to penetrate target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth for recycled and manufactured products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, track performance metrics, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- **Marketing Campaigns and Promotion**:

- Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and product catalogs, to showcase the benefits and features of our products to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies, graphic designers, and content creators to create engaging content and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, measure ROI, and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback to optimize effectiveness and maximize results.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, providing product recommendations, solutions, and support to meet their needs and objectives.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the recycling and manufacturing industries to inform sales and marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Gather customer feedback, insights, and testimonials to inform product development, marketing messaging, and sales pitches.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to management.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, order processing, and fulfillment to meet customer expectations and sales goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the recycling, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to customers.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
- Creativity, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
