DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for coordination of incoming housekeeping work request form housekeeping porter system, manual order & maintain office failings.
- To follow up on uncompleted works and keep requesters informed of progress and status.
- To make sure the housekeeping team response on the request by end user or scheduled generated by system within KPI was set by superior.
- To ensure quality check for cleanliness to be carry out daily.
- Maintain and update Job requisition daily basis
- To ensure all invoices are submitted to finance on time.
- To ensure that all service reports related to own department are filed accordingly for easy reference.
- Responsible to request & maintain enough for store level for housekeeping related equipment & asking quotation from hardware supplier (Housekeeping spare parts)
- Responsible to key in data for clinical waste (consignment notes) via waste management systems.
- Responsible to key in data for linen data (delivery order & memo) via excel file or any software system, if available

- Maintain and update stationery stock level.
- Attend and answering incoming phone calls.
- Responsible to record daily record linen checklist top up via excel sheet.
- Ensure cleanliness & safety of all the area while performing duty by:
- Maintaining departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs and safety standards.
- Adhering to safety precautions whilst carrying out daily tasks to avoid any accidents/injury.
- Attending safety and health talks through briefings and trainings as and when required.
- Ensure co-operation among staff and other departments by:

- d) Developing good rapport with other departments while carrying out tasks.
- e) Practicing teamwork within the department.
- f) Helping, supporting and motivating team members.
- Responsible helping branch manager open and closed the office or premises.
- Perform other duties as required by superior.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
