Position: Administrative Assistant (Assets and Logistics)

Type: Contract staff (Yearly renewal)
Location: Kulai, Johor.
Working hours: Mondays to Saturdays
**Salary**: RM1800++ (negotiable based on experience)
**Requirements**:
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree holder of relevant course
- Experience: At least (1) year of experience in logistics/operations management (construction or relevant industry)/ administrative tasks
- Language: English & Bahasa (Bonus if can speak Tamil)
- Skills: Computer skill, Microsoft Office & related spreadsheet and database software
- Possess valid license & vehicle for transportation.
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
**Job Description**:
- Administrative & clerical works for the asset & logistics operations
- Manage documentations of drivers & operators
- Handle administrative of fleet management system (tracking, generating reports)
- Assist Logistics Supervisors for all billing and internal reporting
- Assist in orienting new drivers to fleets/accounts on proper ways to communicate, report to work, and other scheduling expectations.
- Provide support for drivers and asset staffs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
- Assist in day-to-day coordination and management.
- Provide administration support to the other departments (HSE, QAQC, Production etc)
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
