- o Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to customer purchasing (invoice billing and purchase invoice data entry)
- Make administrative records of goods inventory, which includes the type of goods, item code and the number of goods correctly
- Complete, generate, review, and analyse all necessary month end inventory report.
- Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
- Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
- Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
