**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the Company
- Implementation of administration support and objectives to enable daily smooth running.
- Coordinate on dispatch of documents and courier.
- Update, check and monitor stocks.
- Preparation of relevant supporting documents for accounting process.
- Undertaking arrange of other duties and responsibilities, as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 years’ experience in related fields.
- Independent, responsible, resourceful with a positive working attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and security of information at all times.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Handling spare parts enquiries and Stock controls.
- Processing transactions and updating ledgers.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Other relevant language will be an added advantage.
