**Corporate Account Manager**

The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) is responsible in implementing Customer business plans for Corporate Accounts (CA), building sustainable relationships and integrating customer insights so that they can lead the development of solutions, value propositions and strategies addressing previously unmet and/or evolving needs. he/She will be the primary point of contact for the Customer and Bayer and will be a critical position in ensuring business growth and executing strategic collaborations between the Customer and Bayer.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Market and Customer Understanding and Analysis
- Identifying Corporate Account Stakeholders and our competitors and the healthcare environment as well as their needs related to improving patient outcomes to create a competitive advantage.
- Understanding the mission and vision of the CAs; their key interests, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; and creating value propositions to drive business growth.
- Possesses problem solving skills.
- Capable in decision-making on logístical, tendering and procurement processes within the CAs.
- Developing a Corporate Customer Plan that contains a thorough understanding of the Customer(s)’goals and needs as well as considers competitive and business threats.
- Defining a tailored Bayer value proposition with comprehensive strategic offerings linked to Customer needs using a cross functional team approach.
- Conducting full product portfolio and value-based negotiation aiming at developing a business collaboration. Identifies value differentiators linked to Bayer’s products and services.
- Oversees customer satisfaction measurements, identifies and addresses key issues in a timely manner and proactively seeks out constructive customer feedback.
- Monitoring metrics and KPIs according to the tracking plan to achieve CA objectives.
- Monitoring usage of tender, prospecting new tender opportunities and lead in negotiations in CAs.
- Monitoring products listing to ensure continuous business growth.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- 5 + years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
- 5 + years of experience in the Health industry preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in Marketing or Key Accounts Management is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of business acumen.
- Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems
