Assisting in corporate secretarial work including routine/standard advisory work.
- Assist in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings
- Assist in providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure client’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review/update and maintaining proper records of clients
- Maintaining proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records
- Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients work and maintaining high level clients’ services

Job description
- To assist the Company secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and statutory documents
- To assist to prepare statutory forms, annual return and all other forms in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS and other SSM portals.
- To maintain and update secretarial records and registers
- Able to liaise with SSM officer and whenever necessary
- Handle correspondences related to secretarial matters
- To undertake other administrative work as and when directed

**Requirements**:

- Full or partial qualification of ICSA, MAICSA or equivalent qualification
- Able to handle duties with minimum supervision
- Familiar with Malaysian Companies Act is an advantage
- Required skills: Microsoft Words and Excel
