**Job Summary**

The key Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with key clients within a designated region, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves developing and executing tailored account plans, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and contributing to the overall success of the company's global sales strategy.

**Key Result Areas**:
**1. Revenue Growth**:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Tailor global sales strategies to fit the needs of key accounts.

**4. Contract Negotiation**:

- ** **Negotiate contracts with international clients

**Other Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for key accounts.

**2. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work with internal teams to meet client needs

**3. Customer Support**
- Address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

**4. Reporting**
- Provide regular reports on account performance and sales activities.

**5. Continuous Learning**
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably with responsibilities for key accounts.

3. Possess skills of Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Strategy, Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Communication Skills
