Account & Admin Executive

This job requires you to be in charge of full set of accounts while responsible in daily finance & admin matters in branch office.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- performing day to day accounting operations and ensure accounting records are compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle matters related t inventory & costing.
- Participate in stock count by compiling report, summarize & analyze.
- Provide day to day administrative & HR support to the branch office.
- Liaise with head office departments and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the branch.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
**QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum Qualification required Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 year experienced working as Accounting Officer or similar position
- With advanced computer skills included Microsoft Office.
- Manufacturing costing knowledge will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of SST reporting will be added advantage.
- Pro-active individual with good working attitude, willing to learn & able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Possess strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
