**Job Summary**

The key accountabilities of Sales Executive are to achieve sales target, develop and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining relationship with regular customer and their satisfaction also. The other responsibilities are to assist Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategic, cooperate with internal department for manage customer order and search potential trade show.

**Key Accountabilities**
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Reach revenue goals by reaching out to potential and existing customers.
- Identify new opportunities in the Asian market.
- Create attractive promotions to drive sales.
- Monitor customer purchasing trends.
- **Maintain Customer Relations**:

- Ensure timely order processing and responsive communication.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Address inquiries and issues promptly.
- Attend exhibitions and maintain regular customer contact.
- **Manage Customer Orders**:

- Coordinate order progress with internal teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery and provide necessary certificates.
- Assist customers with packaging and product development.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze competitors and market needs in Asian countries.
- Stay updated on competitor products.
- **Support Sales Manager**:

- Share market information and provide input for sales strategy.
- **Cooperate with Internal Teams**:

- Communicate customer requirements to internal teams.
- Offer solutions for order processing issues.
- **Identify Potential Trade Shows**:

- Research potential trade shows and assist in budget planning.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Degree in Business Management/ Administration/marketing will be an advantage)

2. At least 3 years of experience relevant sales and marketing field (has experience in export market will be an advantage)

3. **Mastery in Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese/Thai (Siamese) will be an advantage**

4. Proficiency in English speaking and writing

5. Familiar with basic shipping process

6. Strong analytical and presentation skill

7. Keen learner, Good solo player and yet team player
