Job Description:
We are a manufacturing company specializing in CNC fabrications for the semiconductor industry, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly CNC fabrications, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our CNC fabrication services.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and met. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
- **Customer Support**: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
