To identify, develop and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all sales opportunities for Ixora Hotel are acted upon. To gather a clear view of customer’s reasons for engaging Ixora Hotel services and to allow competitive position to be created, presented and monitored as appropriate.
- For all new clients, prepare an introductive kit for effectively establish the relationship.
- Identify, organise and attend relevant marketing networking events, following up all leads gathered.
- To further develop relationships with existing business partners and identify and develop opportunities with new partners.
- To keep the content of the Company’s website up to date and relevant.
- To identify and manage a social media strategy for the Company.
- To work with the marketing team to identify public relation opportunities and to action those deemed valuable for the Company’s brand and reputational development.
- To identify suitable awards for the Company to enter.
- To plan and execute the launch of the new product or project.
- To research resources available to Ixora Hotel and to scan competitor offerings to ensure the range of services continues to offer good value for clients. To make suggestions to the MD when any new opportunities for service enhancement are identified.
- To support the Manager in delivering commissioned 3rd party marcoms activities, by providing expert advice on marketing strategies and tactical activity as required.
- Organizes and partakes in lead generation activities such as Sales Blitz and telemarketing.
- In the absence of other Sales Personnel, provide explanations of hotel accommodations and services, and secure information on the requirements of the prospective client.
- Conduct property tours in the absence, or at the request of the Senior Sales Manager.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month
