Export Sales Executive

Prepare quotation for customers and follow-up the order.
- Record order and issue Invoice, delivery order and packing list for material control department for delivery.
- Prepare weekly order detail and summary of order.
- Check all item cost price and selling price monthly.
- Liaise with finance department and check outstanding payments on customer statement.
- Prepare finish goods item valuation report.
- Responsible to attend to customer enquiries and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Liaise with Material Control/Production/Drivers and plan daily delivery schedules.
- Prepare report in order by product, customer, date and outputstanding.
- Prepare and export finished goods stock balance report to Account Executive
- Prepare product and customer order summary.
- Communicate customer's FSC or PEFC requirements with internal relevant personnel to meet the requirements
- Identify applicable environmental requirements that required by customer and communicate it to EMR.
- Filing all sales order, quotations, outstanding orders, purchase requisition documents and sort out Delivery Order.
- Coordinate with Quality Control department regarding to defect goods / rejected products and etc.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
