Responsible to plan for customer orders in line with the production capacity and schedule
- Responsible for production scheduling by creating, tracking and reporting on the current production status
- Develop and review production plan with Head of production for approval.
- Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential or unplan issues timely.
- Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to execute job orders.
- Monitor production progress and ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
- Monitor and follow up closely on production performance to ensure on-time delivery
- Developed considered recommendations for improving manufacturing capacity.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Preferably with working experience in similar position.
- Familiar with computer software and analytical tools.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing of batteries for motor vehicles will be an added advantage.
- Able to speak, read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
