1) To assist in preparing and achieving SPFM's Business Plan and strategic sourcing

2) To obtain Competitive Bid and Award Tender On Time, minimise Value of Variation Order (VO) / Extension of Time, ensure the completion of Final Account.

3) To control project cost and ensure overall budget of the projects is maintained from inception to completion

4) To evaluate contractor's bid and advise on competitiveness of price and to monitor the cost of major cost elements

5) To exercise tomely and accurate completion of final account

6) Lead a team of consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver the projects base on time, cost and quality, environmental, safety and health compliance

7) Responsible to drive execution and compliance to contract documentation and administration system

qualification: Degree in Quality Surveying & Building Technology

Experience: Minimum 7 years working experience in the related field is required. Experience in a consultancy firm or property developer is an added advantage

Other Qualities:
1) Able to work under pressure and ability to deliver assignment within the committed dateline

2) Possess a good leadership skills o be able to lead and manage a team of consultant to achieve desired results

3) Strong communication skills and ability to communicate in Bahasa and English

4) Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese dialect(s) will be an added advantage
