Johor Bahru, Malaysia Premier Plus Property Sdn Bhd Full time

Responsible for managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage Director’s electronic diary, assessing the priority of appointments, reallocation and travel arrangements as necessary.
- Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
- Maintain records of the Director’s contacts and office systems, including data management and filing.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Director.
- Coordinate business schedules, meetings, itinerary and minutes of meeting.
- Screen calls, inquiries, and requests, and deal with clients when appropriate.
- Assist Director in explaining company’s products to clients and bringing clients for site visits.
- Support and assist in company events and activities.
- Meet and greet clients at all levels of seniority
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.

Job Requirements:

- Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
- Able to maintain confidentiality with a high-level of commitment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
