**Responsibilities**:
- Handle general administrative duties
- Data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all company expenses and accounts receivable
- Receipts, invoices, bills, reconciling bank statements, reviewing employee expense reports and the sorts
- Receive and review orders/projects and enquiries
- Order confirmation and payment verification
- Respond and courteously to inquiries from both internal and external parties
- Issue invoices and quotations accordingly
**; Requirements: - Qualifications**:
- Minimum two years of working experience in at least a similar field
- Diploma, degree, professional certification or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of expense management
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Required languages: English, Mandarin
**Personal Attributes**:
- Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with discretion
- Able to meet deadlines and with minimum supervision
