**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative operations at the office.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing, monitoring and recording stock movements, invoicing, quotations, and reporting.
- Monitor customer payments and collection of overdue accounts.
- Prepare daily invoices, delivery orders, and relevant correspondence.
- Assist in general accounting functions and duties.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administration Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge in SQL accounting software system is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
