The Administrative Assistant performs administrative support for the hotel executive staff, including coordinating travel and processing expense reports, drafting and distributing correspondence, documenting tasks/issues/dates, scheduling and documenting meetings, resource tracking and calendar coordination. He or she also provides administrative support to include coordinating events, creating/distributing reports, processing vendor supplies, managing distribution lists, and scheduling and supporting meetings.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Tinggi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant in hotel/hospitality industry: 5 years (required)
