Project Executive

**Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, computer science, or any others.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with clients and team members overseas.
- Experience in resource allocation and tracking project milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Willingness to learn and passion for project management and IT.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify and resolve project issues promptly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, salespersons, and marketing specialists.

**Responsibility**
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment on project scope and expectations among stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with the internal team.
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel and time, to meet project deadlines.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to colleagues or clients to maintain or improve project performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
- Address client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and standards.
- Report project status regularly to the internal management team.
