Job Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and patient inquiries
- Maintaining records and file keeping
- Cashier duties (payment collection, claims, basic account-keeping)
- Patient care - Registration/ Scheduling appointments/ Dispensing medications
- Clinical dues - Chaperoning doctors/ assisting in clinical tasks such as ECG, blood taking, dressing/ assisting the doctor in surgical procedures
- Inventory Record - monitoring stock levels, ordering medicine
- Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements
- Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written as well as spoken.
- Able to travel within KL Branch, Petaling Jaya Branch, Puchong Branch & Johor Bahru Branch.
- Willing to work in shift (No night shift)

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:

- Clinical Assistant: 2 years (required)
