**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the cafe's menu and quality standards;
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes;
- Handle a specific section in the kitchen, such as grilling, sautéing, baking, or cold food;
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are of high quality and meet the cafe's standards;
- Taste and adjust dishes as necessary to ensure flavors are balanced and appealing;
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are of high quality and meet the cafe's standards;

- Assist in managing inventory for your section, including stock rotation and reordering supplies;
- Adhere to proper food safety and hygiene standards, including safe food handling and storage;
- Keep your work area clean and organized, following sanitation protocols;
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on techniques and procedures;
- Share knowledge and skills to improve the overall performance of the kitchen team;
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new dishes or specials for the cafe's menu;
- Provide input based on your expertise and understanding of current food trends.

**Qualifications & Requirements: -**
- At least 3 years of kitchen or culinary experience.
- Has experience with handling of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Individuals that are eager to learn and driven.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
- Passion for culinary excellence with skills to create exciting new dishes.
- A team player and results driven.
- Display passion for food, beverages, hospitality, and guest experience.
