Office Manager for Law Firm

LAW FIRM is seeking an Office Manager to manage and oversee the overall operations of the office. We are looking for someone who is very organized as you will take on multiple aspects of the office operations including, but not limited to, administration, clerical, compliance, purchasing, and human resources. You must also have a strong leadership skill as you will lead and supervise administration staff. You must have outstanding communication and presentation skills as you will represent the department to the management, and you will be the voice of your staff to the whole organization. Responsibilities As the Office Manager at our firm, you will: - Ensure office equipment are in good working condition. - Ensure the firm is covered sufficiently and timely where insurance is concerned. - Ensure the firm is in compliance with various statutory requirements, including personal data compliance. - Monitor office consumables & inventories. - Oversee records archival and retention. - Oversee the overall office operation. - Oversee the recruitment and management of employees - Prepare reports, presentations, or any materials as required. - Work with other departmental heads/supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the firm. Job Requirements The ideal Office Manager is: - Able to communicate effectively and clearly in English and BM (ability to communicate in additional language(s) will be an added advantage). - Able to multitask and has exceptional organizational skills. - Competent in MS Office, computer tools & equipment, and IT security. - Excellent with communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Knowledgeable in human resources processes. - Sufficiently experienced working as a team leader or supervisor. - Sufficiently experienced working in office administration & compliance work. And, you must have at least 5 years related working experience, preferably in a law firm.
