- Proven track record in sales, with minimum of 3 to 5 years in the related fields, Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, medical office management is an added advantage.
- Able to function well in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to be flexible in working hours and traveling.
- A team player that shares knowledge in order to jointly achieve the organization’s performance goals.
- Fluent communication in Bahasa Melayu, English and other languages.
- Sales driven and motivated
- Proven medical sales experience.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Previous experience in Clinic setting will be an added advantage.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Have experience in doing sales for Hair Care Industry
- Need to be kept informed of news and issues affecting the Hair Care Industry.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective patients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with patients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue quota expectations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Maintain and execute a proactive personnel management plan with the resources provided.
- Consistently enhance clinical knowledge as applies to medical communications.
- Regularly assesses risks and opportunities and partner with Marketing Manager to build appropriate action plans.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending hair solutions.
- Maintains relationships with patients by providing support, information and recommending new products and service.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards/policy.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Acting as a point of contact between patients and companies.
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with patients.
- Responding to patients queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
- Work with marketing on improvements to include in forthcoming products and discussing special promotions.
- Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product.
- Providing patients with detailed and accurate price/quotations and cost calculations.
- Gather feedback from patients or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts
- Work with Operation Manager to enhance all aspects of clinic processes, procedures & policies.
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote services (Hair Transplant) and products (Dr Shah products) to current consumers as well as new ones.
- Analysing data to identify opportunities for growth in existing markets or development of new markets.
- Establishing long-term strategic plans to achieve company goals, such as increasing brand awareness or increasing market share.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers, brand awareness, and increase brand awareness, and increase loyalty from existing customers.
- Involve in operational activities such as pricing, inventory management, and product development.
- Implement marketing campaigns.
- Involve in new products and services based on customers’ preferences and market trends.
- Determining which methods of advertising are most effective for the company based on cost, reach, and return on investment.
- Conduct market research to identify potential consumers by studying demographic data such as age, gender, race, income level, etc.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
