Admin Clinic

**Key Responsibilities**:
- The admin clinical is responsible for providing administrative support to healthcare providers including maintaining patient records, file record keeping, update and renew license, insurance and staff commission for clinic.
- Ensure that the medical facility is in compliance with all relevant regulations and guideline follow as legal requirements.
- Responsible for communicating with patients, healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure that everyone is informed and up to date on the latest developments.
- Handle and follow up the documentation and review panel for clinical part as well suggest any suitable panel clinical for T. Low Dental Clinic.
- Forwarding all correspondence such as required letters and packages to appropriate person.
- Prepare minutes meeting and scheduling meetings as required.
- Upgrading any necessary things regarding administration department, e.g. update new form, tagging, organizing, reporting and filing in an efficient way to smooth operation in the clinical and office.
- Prepare and keeping all listing of supplier for clinic (stock and technician).
- Prepare form and monitor maintenance schedule for clinic. Contact maintenance to repair or replace damage office and clinic equipment if needed.
- Monitor and update licence e.g. MBPJ, x-ray licence, APC doctor, etc.
- Record and collect lab invoices for clinic. To check whether it is ortho or non ortho.
- Checking daily sales and informed receptionist if there are any mistakes. Ensure daily sales tally with Doctor’s commission and Kreloses system.
- Calculate commission for doctor and staff. Double check the commission with doctors and clinical coordinator.
- Update list of company asset/equipment and date that needs to be services such as photostat machine, all the personal computing device (PC), air conditioner, fire extinguisher, dental chair, x-ray machine, etc.
- Keep in touch with clinical coordinator to ensure supplier or contractor is coming for service and maintenance when needed.
- Any other ad-hoc task as per signed by Management from time to time.
- Other tasks as assigned by the office manager or dentist (doctor).
**Requirement**:
- Must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field related.
- Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants
- Good time management and organizing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Willing to learn.
- Proficient in using computer software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experienced in dental field would be advantages.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
