**Patient registration**
- Welcoming and greeting patient at the entrance according to company standards.
- Handling patient’s registration
- Obtains and records routine information from patients such as weight, height, blood pressure, temperature and pulse, which is needed by the healthcare provider in administering proper treatment to them.
- Update and manage patient health records, including admissions and insurance data
- Handle queries in regards to the H Medic Group services.

**Monitoring and preparing expenses reports**
- Keep records of clinic’s expenses and suggest ways to minimize costs
- Prepare reports for clinic expenses

**Maintaining medical and staff records**
- Maintain, manage and record medical and staff details.

**Tracking medical and office supplies**
- Managing, monitor and keep track of clinic’s medical and office supplies.
- Notify supervisor of any shortage of medical and office supplies.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience with administrative and accounting procedures, familiarity with databases and spreadsheets (especially MS Excel)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
