**Client Background**:Global healthcare MNC, that produces and markets pharmaceuticals and medical devices for the therapy and care.
**Location: Petaling Jaya**
**Headcount: 1**
**Remuneration: Basic Salary**
- Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to pertinent individuals.
- Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
- Handle walk-ins at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately.
- Set up meeting rooms for all meetings and assist in event management
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and distribution of items to internal colleagues
- Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers and customers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malay
- Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Good customer service attitude with a pleasant, helpful, friendly personality, and professional and tidy appearance.
- Must have own transport
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
