Front Desk Officer

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. **Front Desk**
A. Provide efficient trafficking
- Ability to handle incoming visitor and phone traffic effectively.
B. To provide quality customer service - Greet all customers with a friendly smile, be pleasant, friendly, offer assistance and be helpful in a positive manner.
C. To create strong customer relationships & maintain a warm friendly environment To provide quality knowledge to patients & visitor, also deal with all work in a timely manner.

E. Serves patients by greeting and helping them, and maintaining all documentation needed records
F. Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.
G. Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
H. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
I. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
J. To provides any transportation request for whole hospital
K. To assist on pottering arrangement when necessary
**2. Operator**
To attend all incoming call within 3 rings and correctly transfer to relevant department
To maintain confidentiality, security and integrity of patient or customer and organizational data, by adhering to all company privacy policies.
**C.** To develop, maintain, and implement medical center telephone directory; critical code program; and revise emergency preparedness program.
D. The ensure customer satisfaction level of services & correct information received by caller
To do a daily reporting for all call transaction
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
