To take brand ownership and follow the vision, mission, goals and strategies that the Company has set, while having to align them with the department’s objectives.
- To upload new products, update catalogues, update descriptions, set new prices, set new promotions and improve web features.
- To ensure a systematic back-end process and customer purchasing process from any troubleshooting at all times.
- To work closely with Warehouse & Production Team on stock allocation for the website that on product launching, replenishment and promotions. This includes overseeing the Quality Check is carried out accordingly upon stocks received.
- To assist any customers’ inquiries, complaints, refund/exchange requests, recommendations, and other activities that reflect to the operation of the e-commerce.
- To ensure the security of VIPPS & Dropship database is well-managed.
- To provide Weekly Sales Report to Finance Team, General Manager and HOD, generate monthly website operation report and summary of stock inventory that would be categorized on discounts, new collection release, and clearances.
- To ensure that the e-commerce and website are running profitably from time to time. Develop a strategic marketing mindset to drive discipline and rigor to evaluate the impact of the online marketing efforts.
- To ensure that every record, documentation and schedule is well-documented, properly filed, labelled and kept confidential at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
