As a Sales & Marketing Communication Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, and we will provide comprehensive training on managing both Facebook and Google advertising. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling communication strategies and engaging content to connect with our target audience. Additionally, you'll learn to leverage Facebook's and Google's advertising platforms effectively to support our sales efforts, nurture leads, and build lasting client relationships. **Job Description**:
- Monitor Facebook and Google advertising and analyse the performance of marketing communications efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- To efficiently, precisely, and courteously handle all incoming and outgoing calls, adhering to proper telephone etiquette.
- To expeditiously, accurately, and professionally evaluate all incoming calls and inquiries, while courteously directing, recording, and relaying messages as needed.
- To proficiently uphold comprehensive knowledge and offer detailed information concerning the facilities, services, activities, and programs to our customers and clients.
- Develop sales and marketing ideas to drive business growth.
- Answer social media inquiries and continually innovate new ideas to enhance performance in the role
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement in communication strategies.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company, build connections, and gain valuable insights into market trends.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media and other communication platforms
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients or partners.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
