To work closely with the Head of Learning Enrichment in preparing individual learning programmes and regularly monitor the achievements and progress of the pupils. - To be able to set clear targets based on prior attainment and to provide termly plans for the pupils. - To keep appropriate and efficient records, integrating formative and summative assessment into weekly and termly planning. - To attend meetings and participate in meetings as required e.g. Parents Meetings. - To attend relevant courses and to be aware of current trends in education. - To regularly report to parents on the development, progress and attainment of the pupils, in line with the Assessment Policy - To adhere to all policies (including Health and Safety and Child Protection) and to raise any concerns to the appropriate person. - To uphold the values and the mission of Marlborough College Malaysia as set out in the Staff Handbook at all times. - To undertake any duties or responsibilities deemed reasonable by the Head of the Prep School, the Master of Marlborough College Malaysia or their representatives.
