**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Monitor and verify sales collections received by cheques, cash, or bank transfers.
- Maintain the Accounts Receivable Ledger and update the Key Account Statement.
- Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary.
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.
- Handle data entry & filing for accounts receivable.
- Handle daily documentation and a proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- To carry out other jobs assigned by superior or management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2-3 years of proven working experience in the related field is required.
- Required language(s): Malay, English and Mandarin speaker is preferred as you will need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong communications, interpersonal & follow-up skills.
- Computer literate and familiarity with SQL System will be an added advantage.
- **Immediate availability would be an added advantage.**

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
