1. Handle full set of account receivable and account payable process includes
invoice data capturing, coding invoices with correct account and cost center.
2. Work closely with all department and responsible for recording transactions, verifying
collections/payments, and resolving discrepancies on accounts:
(i) Full set of Accounts Payable - Update Invoice, CN/DN and Payment
(ii) Full set of Accounts Receivable - Update Invoice, CN/DN and Payment
3. Responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the treasury section:
(i) Ensure the business has the available fund needed to manage its day-to-day business
obligations
(ii) Full set of Treasury section - dealing with all bankers for all banking documents submission
i.e. Revolving Credit, Banker Acceptance, Letter of Credit, fund transfer, etc
