**Job Summary**:
Responsible for providing sales-related support to sales staff, completing administrative tasks related to operational activities, and implementing new policies to make sales processes more efficient.

Lead teams of customer service representative to ensure that clients receive assistance with the technical aspects of products or services. Ultimately seek to maximize customer retention, thereby improving the profitability of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Commercial in Sales Support, strategic setting, Service Provider assessment & selection.
- Assist in the yearly key Service Provider evaluation, coordinate in updating sales support policy
- Assist Commercial Manager in term of Customer Service and Logistics related matter
- To assist Commercial Manager in improving enabler, source for alternate service provider or supplier, strengthening local perspective and enlarge supply base
- Work with Commercial Manager for KPI setting under Sales Support roles and function
- Assist Commercial Manager to create in updating the approved service provider list
- Assist and prepared any report or form that related or require for Customer Service and Logistics purposes
- Assist and support Planning team for the inventory planning and stock order
- Lead the Customer Service for the stock availabilities and order fulfilment
- Assist Commercial Manager and work closely with Technical team and Accountant for the stock control and other relevant issue and matter
- Assist Commercial Manager in negotiate the price with the service provider and update the final pricing to respective HOD and department
- Assist Commercial Manager in coordinate & handling the activities that involve customer service, logistic and supply chain
- Involve in continuous improvement (CIP) and maintain or improve relationship with major service provider such as 3rd party transporter, forwarding agents and surveyors, etc
- Leading and utilize the system to capture market information in customer service function (CRM).
- Assist and support Commercial Manager for any costing and sales support planning
- Coordinate with Technical team in obtaining specification, SDS, COA, etc for existing or new materials, as well ISO 9001:2015 related certificate or documentation
- Assist Commercial Manager and Sales team in compiling, matching and filing the documentations ie. Invoices, delivery orders, custom documentation, form and etc. Ensure that all the original custom documentation is in place for those products that are under exports.
- Assist Commercial Manager and as back up to attend the monthly or global meeting or call that related to Customer Service and Logistics matter

**Requirements**:

- Understand and knowledge for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and Incoterms knowledge/requirement
- Understanding of technical specifications and Material Safety Data Sheet of raw materials and chemicals
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Knowledge on SST, import duty, taxes, ZB1, ZB2, ZB4, K1, K2, K8 (custom forms), supplier evaluation and audit will be added advantage
- Oracle system (JD Edward) Knowledge will be an added advantage
