As a Back Office Associate, your role will be pivotal in ensuring impeccable client support and operational efficacy. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, resolving inquiries, managing technical tools, coordinating promotions, and overseeing BackOffice procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with stakeholders, offering advice on various content such as product information, funding inquiries, and addressing complaints; escalate unresolved issues.
- Address and resolve inquiries and complaints from introducing brokers, being proactive in identifying and solving issues.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Manage technical tools and platforms, including the CRM (Customer Relationship Management software).
- Assist in opening and setting up IB accounts.
- Coordinate efficiently with our front and middle offices on promotional matters.
- Review promotion proposals, ensuring operability, and draft BackOffice procedures for promotions.
- Understand promotion Terms and Conditions; review data to assess client eligibility for promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
- Patience in handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy in multitasking.
- Team player with collaborative work abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills are a plus).
- Previous similar experience would be advantageous**.**
