Front Office Executive

**URGENTLY HIRING**
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guest.
- Delivers the basic standards and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Register hotel's guests in accordance with Front Office policies and procedures.
- Understands rate structure and promotional rates available.
- Liaises with Housekeeping and other related departments on daily operation.
- To be familiar with the Front Office computer system and coordinate with IT Manager with periodical system maintenance.
- Any ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Sales Executive and Front Office department/background.
- Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality with 2-3 years experience related to Hotel Management.
- Confident and dynamic personality and team player.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Pleasant personality with good communications skills.
- Can start immediately.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
