Assistant Front Office Manager - Sheraton Johor Bahru

To achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, we are seeking a dedicated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Climbing Mountains. This role will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office functions, including bell/door staff, switchboard, and guest services/front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the front office team, directing and working with managers and employees to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement procedures that maximize guest satisfaction and departmental financial performance.

Candidate Requirements:

We seek an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business is also acceptable.
