The Front Office Coordinator Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office department. This includes receiving and distributing incoming faxes, maintaining office equipment, and transmitting information or documents using various mediums.
As a Front Office Coordinator Executive, you will also be responsible for updating records, files, and reservations while responding to guest inquiries. In addition, you will assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees, serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
