- To carry out site visit to identify the needs for project including site measurement, feasibility survey, etc.
To liaise with respective personnel of other departments on the project requirements and obtain final confirmation.
To prepare project bill of quantities and tender documents.
To prepare necessary tender drawings.
To analyze costs for every requisition and prepare necessary recommendation for superior’s approval.
To liaise with building owners, building managements, relevant authorities, and other external parties to obtain necessary approval.
To monitor financial progress of the project and to keep track of all project expenses to be within the approved budget.
To coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors during project period.
To attend meeting with other internal departments.
To carry out final inspection and verify the completion of defect liability period prior to full liability handover from the contractor to Bank Islam.
To ensure that all project records including tender document, contract, as-built drawings, O&M, etc. are properly filled and maintained.
To prepare and submit progress report in timely manner and/or and when required superior to identify, plan and execute suitable maintenance program for Bank Islam head offices, branches, and other facilities.
To plan manage and monitor the preparation of proposal for Head Office, branches, and outlets / cost center’s
To plan, manage, monitor and proposal for Energy Sustainability Green.
To plan, manage the requests/complaints received from the Headquarters, branches and other outlet through the Service Desk Property and Project (SD)
To plan, manage, implementation & prepare single line schematic for new / upgrading / maintenance UPS of all Bank’s premises and outlets
Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
Any other duties/assignments as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
To assist technician for daily works
Qualification
Advance Diploma in Electrical Engineering
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical)
Years of Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in consultant firM/Factories / construction as electrical engineer.
Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required
Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
Low Voltage Electrical - TNB room, MSB, Genset, Metering panel, DB, Final sub circuits, Fireman switch
Residency Constructions
MS Office, AutoCAD
