**1* **Basic Function*

Responsible for directs sales solicitation on behalf of the hotel through the strategic implementation of effective sales activities.

**2.** **Responsibility and Authority**

2.1 Increase or exceed all established sales goals.

2.2 Assist the Director of Sales in managing group sales team activities.

2.3 Identify and qualify of potential new corporate accounts.

2.4 Maintain regular sales call patterns in areas/markets designated and servicing of contact through telemarketing, correspondence or personal sales visit.

2.5 Follow and carry out all established office policies and procedures.

2.6 Maintains a very close liaison with Front Office, Reservations and Food & Beverage department to ensure that all commitments are delivered accordingly.

2.7 Carries out additional tasks and any other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Sales diligently and to the best of ability.

**Salary**: RM4,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
